Good installation makes a difference

Give the adhesive time to bond.
- Choose a suitable positionSelect a smooth, clean, dry mounting area. Check the viewing angle and clearance before removing the backing.
- Clean and dry the surfaceRemove dust, oil and moisture. If the vehicle interior is hot, allow it to cool before installation.
- Peel, place and pressRemove the base adhesive film, position the mount and press firmly for a few seconds so the base makes full contact.
- Wait 24 hours before useLeave the mount undisturbed for 24 hours before attaching your phone, as directed in the product guide.

For phones or cases without a compatible magnetic attachment, a suitable metal plate is required. The product guide also recommends a plate for a stronger hold on devices with built-in magnets.
- Remove both protective layersRemove the blue protective film from the metal face, then peel away the white adhesive backing.
- Attach it to the phone or caseStick the adhesive side to the bare phone back or the outside of the case. The metal side faces the holder.
- Keep the connection directDo not hide the plate inside the case or leave it loose on the mount. Attach the prepared phone only after the base has bonded.

Will this work with my phone and case?
The holder needs a compatible magnetic connection or a suitable metal plate. Phone weight, case material and thickness can affect the fit. Follow the placement guide and check the attachment while parked before use.
Does it stick to every dashboard surface?
No. Adhesive performance depends on the surface and preparation. Choose a suitable smooth, clean, dry area; do not assume that rough, curved, soft or coated surfaces will provide the same bond.
Can I use it immediately after installation?
The product guide recommends waiting 24 hours after installing the adhesive base before use.
Can I move it between cars?
The product guide states that the base adhesive cannot be used repeatedly. Plan its location before installation and do not rely on removing and reattaching the same adhesive.
Does the mount charge my phone?
No. This is a magnetic phone holder, not a wireless charger. A metal plate may interfere with a separate wireless charger.
Can I adjust the phone while driving?
Set the mount and your navigation before setting off. Make adjustments only when safely parked and follow local rules on phone use and vehicle mounting.
